Balloon Celebration - make a WISH

Balloons and birthdays, what a great combination - today I have made a Shaker Card using the Balloon Bouquet punch. The inspiration for my card is from Global Design Projects Bibi Cameron's Case the Designer theme for #GDP016 I used the following elements: the Shaker Card, Portrait style with centre sentiment & Blues with Whisper White - I changed up Gold to Silver and a little Dazzling Diamonds for extra Bling! I double punched the balloons to make the frame for my 3 mini shaker balloons, I had a mini disaster when I forgot to put the window sheet in my frame; lets just say my craft area has a definite glitter to it now! The sentiment is from the Party Wishes stamp set, and the Balloon celebration (Stamps and punch) Bundle  are launched on January 5th in the 2016 Occasions catalogue. I hope you have inspired you with my project; I would love to update you when I create a post! If you would like to receive an email from me when I do  Click Here . Y ou ca

What I Love

What's not to love about this Sale-A-Bration stamp set?     Here is my first take on the "What I Love" stamp set: Beautiful watercolour stamping effect it's so easy to use - the flower stamps have little tabs so you know which way is up, making it easy to line up, but hey if you are a little bit off it doesn't matter with this lovely watercolour stamp effect you don't need 3 different colour inks - I only used Melon Mambo for the flowers, and only 2 of the 3 stamps - the outline, and then stamped off the 2nd flower before lining up and stamping it's FREE, yes FREE during Sale-A-Bration So like I said what's not to love! The sentiment is also from another Sale-A-Bration set called "Sky is the Limit" it is such a lovely Font I know I am a bit partial to Pink, but you have to admit the matching Melon Mambo Cardstock and Ink just look stunning with Basic Black and Whisper White.  I used a masking technique when stamping t

Playful Pals - My Frog grew overnight!

Welcome back, yesterday I started to experiment with the new Playful Pals Stamp & Framelits, I think I am hooked - this morning I created another frog..... Not only did my frog grow overnight he changed colours too!    I have changed the colour from Pear Pizzazz to Old Olive.  I stamped and cut 2 of the body image and turned them on their side to create the body and head as separate pieces; he looks like he is sitting up now, I also gave him some front legs.  Below is my card from yesterday, click on the image to see the original post. Stay tuned for more - I don't think I will be able to leave this set alone now that I have started to create with it! I would love to update you when I create a post! Hello Playful Pals

I just love "Punch Art", your creativity can just run wild!  And today I have found another version of Punch Art with the Playful Pals Stamp and Framelit set     This bundle is available on January 5th - I was a bit overwhelmed at first, there are 50 stamps and 18 framelit dies in the bundle, so where to begin.   For some reason the frog legs jumped out at me - no pun intended!     I stamped and cut the legs eyes, fussy cut the body.  I started just moving the pieces around on my desk, and before I knew it I had crated my adorable little frog, I just love those big eyes! - but he needed something else.... a lily pad, I stamped the "solid" body stamp then fussy cut. The sentiment and sun are a Sale-A-Bration stamp set, also available January 5th. Challenge 217 at Freshly Made Sketches gave me inspiration for my layout. I hope you have enjoyed my project; I would love to update you when I create a post! If you would like to receive an

Flurry of Wishes - Large Gift Card Tag

I've been busy with last minute gift wrapping, I created this case and tag for a larger style Gift Card   This is a variation on my previous post which was made to fit the credit card size Gift Card . I adjusted the measurements to fit the larger sytle Gift Card - I have mastered the score and cut process with my Stampin Trimmer so it was super easy to make, and looks so effective and is the perfect way to dress up a Gift card.   For more ideas of how to package your gift cards head over to Just Add Ink 's challenge this week, I am also entering in: Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge - Anything Goes Christmas My Time to Craft - Last Minute Christmas Makes   Crafting for all Seasons - Christmas Anything but a Card I hope you have enjoyed my project; I would love to update you when I create a post!
